Keyword elderflower syrup, ginger beer, lemon, Lyre's London Dry spirit

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Lyre’s London Dry
  • ½ oz. Monin elderflower syrup
  • ¾ oz. Lemon juice
  • Fever Tree ginger beer

Instructions

  • Combine first three ingredients in mixing tin with ice
  • Shake and strain into Champagne flute.
  • Top with ginger beer.
  • Garnish with coconut whip and gold dust.
