Keyword bergamot, blanc vermouth, gin, honey, strawberry puree

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Aviation American Gin
  • ½ oz. Blanc vermouth
  • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree thawed
  • ½ oz. Basil and rose honey
  • ½ oz. Bergamot
  • Mineral water to top

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients and shake for 5 seconds.
  • Strain into a Nick and Nora.
  • Top with mineral water.
  • Garnish with a basil “boat” and dehydrated roses.
