The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree
thawed

oz.
Basil and rose honey

Bergamot
Mineral water
to top
Instructions
Add all ingredients and shake for 5 seconds.
Strain into a Nick and Nora.
Top with mineral water.
Garnish with a basil “boat” and dehydrated roses.
