Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Citadelle gin
  • ½ oz. Midori melon liqueur
  • ¼ oz. Ancho Reyes Verde chile liqueur
  • ½ oz. Lime
  • 1 ½ oz. Ginger beer

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and shake.
  • Strain into highball glass over ice.
  • Garnish with sweet pineapple foam and beet salt.
