Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ oz. Medellin rum
  • ½ oz. Caribe banana rum
  • 1 oz. Orange juice
  • ¼ oz. Lemon juice
  • ¾ oz. Maple syrup
  • 2 dashes Earl Grey bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and shake.
  • Pour into rocks glass over cube ice.
  • Garnish with orange peel.
