Instructions
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake.
Double strain into coupe glass.
Top with Cherry blossom foam.

¼ oz. Gin
¼ oz. Lemon juice
¼ oz. Lime juice
1 oz. Heavy cream
1 oz. Egg white
1 oz. Simply syrup
