Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Flor de Cana white rum
  • ¼ oz. Simple syrup
  • ¼ oz. Orange liqueur
  • ¼ oz. Campari
  • ¼ oz. Peychaud’s bitters
  • ¾ oz. Lemon
  • Cherry blossom foam

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake.
  • Double strain into coupe glass.
  • Top with Cherry blossom foam.

Notes

For Cherry blossom foam:
¼ oz. Gin
¼ oz. Lemon juice
¼ oz. Lime juice
1 oz. Heavy cream
1 oz. Egg white
1 oz. Simply syrup
