Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Mathilde Poire liqueur
  • ½ oz. Laird’s apple brandy
  • ½ oz. St. Germain
  • 3 oz. Pierre Sparr Crement D'Alscace sparkling wine
  • Splash of club soda

Instructions

  • Build drink directly into glass.
  • Topping with sparkling wine and soda.
  • Garnish with a dehydrated apple chip.
