Even If There’s A Fire

Keyword cucumber, gin, lemon, pineapple liqueur, sesame oil

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Gunpowder Irish gin
  • ¼ oz. Giffard pineapple liqueur
  • ½ oz. Turbinado sugar
  • ½ oz. Lemon
  • 3 dashes Sesame oil
  • 2 Cucumber chunks

Instructions

  • Muddle cucumber, sugar and sesame oil in the bottom of tin.
  • Add gin, liqueur and lemon.
  • Add ice and shake for 30 seconds.
  • Double strain into rocks over a large cube.
  • Flame orange peel, release essence and discard.
