Ingredients

Dark rum

The Perfect Purée kiwi puree
thawed
½
oz.
Pineapple juice
½
oz.
Lime juice
Instructions
Add the ingredients to a mixing glass.
Add ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a kiwi, halved.
