Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Ketel One Grapefruit Rose botanical vodka
  • ½ oz. St. Germaine elderflower liqueur
  • ½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • Top with Faire La Fête Brut sparkling wine

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously and strain into glass.
  • Top with sparkling wine.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
