Guinness Irish Whiskey Float
Ingredients
- 3 scoops homemade Baileys Irish Cream ice cream
- Guinness beer
- 1 ½ oz. Jameson Irish whiskey
Instructions
- Place three generous scoops of Bailey's ice cream into pilsner glass.
- Carefully fill the remainder of the glass with Guinness.
- Pour Irish Whiskey into shot glass for a float or accompaniment.
- Serve with straw.
