Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ oz. Big Gin x D&C chardonnay barrel aged gin
  • ½ oz. Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • ½ oz. Cherry tomato-infused Tio Pepe fino sherry
  • ¼ oz. Verjus blanc
  • ¼ oz. Laurent Cazottes 72 Tomatoes liqueur
  • ½ tsp. Giffard passion fruit liqueur
  • 3 drops 20% MSG solution

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and stir.
  • Strain over a block of ice in a double Old Fashioned glass.
  • Garnish with a cherry tomato on a pick.
