Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Bacardi 8 rum
  • ¾ oz. Ginger honey syrup
  • 1 oz. Pineapple juice
  • ½ oz. Lime juice
  • Ginger candy garnish

Instructions

  • Combine the above ingredients in a shaker.
  • Shake and strain over a king cube in a rock glass.
  • Garnish with ginger candy on a skewer
