Beets Of Burden

Keyword beet juice, Demerara syrup, lime, Lyre's agave spirit

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Lyre's agave blanco spirit
  • ½ oz. Beet juice
  • ¾ oz. Lime juice
  • 1 oz. Demerara syrup

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small shaker tin
  • Add ice and stir 20 times
  • Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
