Privateer Hemingway Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Privateer New England Reserve rum
  • ¼ oz. Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
  • ½ oz. Simple syrup
  • ½ oz. Natalie’s grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz. Natalie’s lime juice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
  • Add ice, and hard shake for 10-15 seconds.
  • Strain into a double Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with an expressed grapefruit swath.
