½oz.Unrefined coconut sugar syrup1:1 ratio sugar to water
¼oz.Raspberry liqueur
15drops Saline solution1:5 ratio salt to water
Salted-vanilla oat milk**
Instructions
Combine first five ingredients in a shaker.
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe.
Carefully layer salted-vanilla oat milk on top.
Garnish with lemon twist.
Notes
