The King Charles
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Highclere Castle gin
- ¼ oz. Macallan 12 or Single Malt Scotch
- ¼ oz. Orange Curaçao
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and shake well.
- Strain in cocktail coupe or Martini glass.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
