Ingredients
8oz.Kōloa Kaua’i white rum
4oz.Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur
2 ½oz.Star anise syrup*
8oz.Fever Tree ginger beer
Slicesof Pink grapefruit
Instructions
(Makes 4 servings)
Combine ingredients in a pitcher.
Squeeze grapefruit slices into pitcher.
Serve over ice and stir.
Garnish with pink grapefruit and rosemary tip in each glass.
Notes
*For Star anise syrup: In a small pot, dry heat 5 star anise until warm and aromatic. Add 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Store in airtight container. The mixologists at Koloa created this recipe.
