Keyword ginger beer, grapefruit liqueur, star anise, white rum

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Kōloa Kaua’i white rum
  • 4 oz. Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur
  • 2 ½ oz. Star anise syrup*
  • 8 oz. Fever Tree ginger beer
  • Slices of Pink grapefruit

Instructions

  • (Makes 4 servings)
  • Combine ingredients in a pitcher.
  • Squeeze grapefruit slices into pitcher.
  • Serve over ice and stir.
  • Garnish with pink grapefruit and rosemary tip in each glass.

Notes

*For Star anise syrup: In a small pot, dry heat 5 star anise until warm and aromatic. Add 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Store in airtight container.
