  • 1 ½ oz. Aberfeldy 12 Year Old Scotch
  • ½ oz. Martini Bitter
  • 1 oz. Grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz. Lime juice
  • ½ oz. Local honey

Instructions

  • Build ingredients in a Collins glass.
  • Top with crushed ice.
  • Garnish with mint and flower.
