Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. El Bandido Yankee reposado tequila
  • ½ oz. Ginger liqueur
  • 1 oz Carrot juice
  • ½ oz. Honey syrup
  • ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
  • Dash of smoked cinnamon bitters
  • Egg white

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and reverse dry shake.
  • Double strain into glass.
  • Garnish with a baby carrot and flower.
