Coconut cream

Fresh lemon juice

Fresh ground ginger
Coconut flakes for garnish
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
Shake well and pour into a rocks glass.
Add ice cubes or crushed ice.
Top with coconut flakes to taste.
