Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Iichiko Saiten shochu
  • ¾ oz. Matcha syrup
  • ½ oz. Lime juice
  • ½ oz. Cucumber juice
  • ¼ oz. Yuzu juice
  • Cucumber slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake, then strain into rocks glass with ice.
  • Garnish with cucumber slices.
