Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Jameson Irish whiskey
  • ½ oz. Green Chartreuse
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • ¾ oz. Demerara syrup
  • ½ oz. Aquafaba
  • 2 Dashes Orange bitters

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a shaker.
  • Add ice and shake.
  • Strain into a coupe glass.
