Pineapple juice

Cream of coconut
Shredded coconut
Instructions
In a blender, add the rum, blue Curaçao, pineapple juice and cream of coconut.
Add two cups of crushed ice and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a Hurricane glass.
Garnish with shredded coconut on top.
