Fresh whole plums or figs

Brown sugar

Bourbon

Cavit prosecco
Instructions
Muddle one fig with the brown sugar.
Add bourbon and ice cubes and shake to combine.
Strain into a glass over ice and top with prosecco.
Garnish with fresh fig.
