Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Old Pulteney 12 year old single malt Scotch
  • ½ oz. Fino sherry
  • 1 oz. Apple cider
  • ½ oz. Honey syrup equal parts honey and water dissolved

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in mixing tin.
  • Shake well with ice.
  • Strain into a Martini glass.
  • Garnish with a slice of apple.
