Bombay Sapphire gin

St. Germain elderflower liqueur

Fresh lemon juice

Cane sugar syrup
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and shake hard.
Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass and top with Mountaine Honeysuckle sparkling water.
Garnish with fresh chamomile buds.
