Strawberry – Pina Colada – Mint Daiquiri

1 ¾ oz. MXR Strawberry Daiquiri mix
1 ¾ oz. MXR Pina Colada mix
1 oz. Rose’s Mojito traditional
1 ½ oz. Light rum
1 ¾ oz. Ice
 
Optional: Add a few strawberries and pineapple chunks. Blend for 10 seconds. Garnish with strawberry, pineapple and mint.

Ay Caramba!

1 ¼ oz. Ginger vodka
¼ oz. Pomegranate liqueur
1 ½ oz. The Perfect Puree Chipotle Sour
 
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a serving glass.

Thyme Citrus Pisco Sour

by:

2 oz. Pisco Porton
¾ oz. The Perfect Puree Thyme & Citrus
1 bar spoon Granulated sugar
1 Egg white
Splash of Lime juice
Bitters
 
Combine ingredients, except bitters, into a bowl and whip. Pour into mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into a glass. Add a dash of bitters.

4 oz. MXR Sweet & Sour mix
¾ oz. MXR Strawberry Daiquiri mix
1 oz. Tequila
½ oz. Bourbon

Sun and Moon Shandy

by:

Porter or Hefeweizen
2 1/4 oz. The Perfect Puree Thai Basil &Black Pepper
1 tsp. The Perfect Puree Ginger puree
Edible Flower (optional garnish)
Combine Thai Basil & Black Pepper and Ginger purees. Shake with one cube and double strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with a porter for a moon version, or Hefeweizen or light beer for a sun version.

El Corazon

by:

2 oz. Cazadores Silver 100-percent Agave Tequila
1 lime, fresh squeezed
1 oz. agave-sweetened passion fruit puree
¾ oz. pomegranate juice
½ oz. blood orange puree
Kosher salt and Tellicherry peppercorns, for rim
 
Shake all the ingredients together, strain them into a kosher salt and Tellicherry Peppercorn-rimmed Martini Glass. The drink may also be pre-batched.

The King Colada

by:

1 ½ oz. Malibu tropical banana rum
4 oz. Goya banana nectar
2 oz. Coco Lopez cream of coconut
3 Ice cubes
1 Peeled, frozen banana
1 Tbsp. Creamy peanut butter
 
Place all ingredients into a blender, mix until smooth, and serve in a retro Hawaiian glass.

This drink was created by Herb Westphalen of Herb Westphalen Signature Cocktails to commemorate the 35th anniversary of Elivs’ death (August 16, 2012). The drink is supposed to represent a peanut butter and banana sandwich, Elvis’ favorite.

2-4 Basil leaves2 Cucumber slices1 oz. Apple juice3 oz. Genevieve ginCucumber and apple slices
In an Old Fashioned glass, muddle the basil leaves and cucumbers with the apple juice. Fill the glass with ice. Add the Genevieve gin. Garnish with a cucumber and apple slice.
