This crimson tequila cocktail incorporates a touch of Campari for bitterness.
Siesta de Gato
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Tequila Don Gato Blanco
- ½ oz. Campari
- ¾ oz. Lime juice
- ¾ oz. Grapefruit juice
- ¾ oz. Agave nectar
- 1 small pinch Salt
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all ingredients.
- Shake and then strain into a coupe or Martini glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel or lime wheel.
