Falling for Fuji
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Fuji single grain Japanese whiskey
- ¾ oz. Peach puree
- ¾ oz. Lemon juice
- ½ oz. Ginger syrup
- Ginger beer or club soda
Instructions
- Combine first four ingredients and shake.
- Strain into rocks glass over big cube of ice.
- Top with ginger beer (or club soda, depending on the amount of ginger syrup used).
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
