Knob Creek, from James B. Beam Distilling Co., has announced the permanent addition of Knob Creek 10 Year Old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey to the brand portfolio.

This new release is Knob Creek 7 Year Old Rye Whiskey aged three additional years in the barrel.

It comes bottled at 100 proof.

The result is an aroma of caramel and vanilla, deep rye spice and dried apple, the distillery reports. On the palate is black peppercorn, vanilla and caramel, and hints of deep oak and char, before a finish with notes of baking spice.

Now available nationwide, Knob Creek 10 Year Old Rye Whiskey has a suggested retail price of $69.99 per 750-ml. bottle.
