Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Tequila blanco
- ½ oz. Mezcal
- ½ oz. Lime
- ½ oz. Grapefruit
- ½ oz. Pineapple
- ¼ oz. Calpico concentrate
- 1 tsp. Lychee nectar
- 6 dashes Spicy tincture high-proof alcohol rested with Thai chili and serrano chili
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with lychee fruit dusted with gochu haru on a garnish pick (a Korean red pepper dust similar to spicy paprika).
