Eggnog Martini
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Granulated sugar
- 18 Large egg yolks
- 3 cups Heavy whipping cream
- 6 cups Milk
- 1 ½ tsp. Nutmeg
- 2 oz. Condensed milk
- 12 oz. Dark rum
- ¾ tsp. Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour to order into a Martini glass.
- Rim glass with nutmeg.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
