Craft brewery and scratch kitchen Iron Hill Brewery on Oct. 13 announced that Chris Westcott will step into the role of its new CEO. Westcott most recently served as the CEO of New York-based restaurant Rosa Mexicano.
Westcott will continue Iron Hill’s growth in new markets throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Before Rosa Mexicano, he spent more than 20 years with McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood & Steaks and participated in the brand’s growth from 8 to 93 units.
Exton, PA-based Iron Hill Brewery, founded in 1996 by Kevin Finn, Mark Edelson and Kevin Davies, serves local communities, brews its own craft beers on-site, and offers a complete food menu made from scratch daily. The company now operates 20 locations across DE, NJ, PA, SC, and GA.
Iron Hill opened four locations during the pandemic, including an Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant in Newtown, PA, as well as two locations in the greater Atlanta market (Buckhead and Perimeter). In December 2020, Iron Hill opened its new fast-casual concept, Iron Hill Brewery TapHouse.
