2 oz. Casamigos Blanco tequila
1 oz. Carrot juice
¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
1 oz. Agave syrup (1:1 ratio)
3 slices Jalapeno
Combine ingredients into small shaker tin. Add ice and shake 20 times. Double strain into tajin-rimmed rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a baby carrot and lemon.
