1 ½ oz. Flor De Cana 12yr rum
½ oz. Creme de Banana
¾ oz. Passionfruit puree
½ oz. Lime juice
¾ oz. Simple syrup
Soda water
Combine ingredients, except for soda water, in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over glass with ice. Top-up with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint and dehydrated lime.
