River House at Odette’s, a new luxury lifestyle hotel in New Hope, PA, has debuted a special cocktail selection for Pride 2021. The curated medley of cocktails in rainbow hues ranges from fresh takes on tried-and-true classics such as the a Mojito made with green tea, to more out-of-the-box creations such as the Purple Rain, a tequila-based berry concoction.

Here’s the full spectrum of the Pride cocktails:

Red: Red For Filth, with Tito’s vodka, blood orange juice, lime, white cranberry and grenadine.

Orange: Orange Crush, with Tito’s vodka, orange juice and prosecco.

Yellow: Yell-oha, with Tito’s vodka, lime and pineapple.

Green: Green Tea Mojito, with Bacardi rum, mint, lime and simple syrup.

Blue: Blue Cosmo, with Tito’s vodka, blue Curaçao and white cranberry.

Violet: Purple Rain, with Corralejo reposado tequila, crème de cassis, lemon, simple, blackberries.

The Pride Drinks are priced from $14 to $17. A portion of proceeds benefits New Hope Celebrates, a local non-profit supporting the LGBTQ+ community.

River House at Odette’s, a Refined Hospitality property, opened in late September. Located along the Delaware River, the property includes Odette’s Restaurant, a lobby Piano Lounge and ROOF, a members-only rooftop bar.
