Bombay Sapphire Launches Bombay Bramble

05/11/2021

by: Melissa Dowling

Bombay Bramble

The latest release from Bombay Sapphire is Bombay Bramble.

This is the brand’s first new expression in 10 years, since the launch of Bombay Sapphire East in 2011.

The new product hits shelves first in Total Wines, followed by wider availability nationwide by June 2021.

Bombay Bramble combines the brand’s vapor-distilled gin with real fruit infusion. The result is a crimson color and rich berry flavor, the company reports, with the essence of fresh blackberries and raspberries balanced by the bright juniper notes of the gin.

The launch comes in time for summer as the pink and infused-gin craze makes its way stateside from Bombay Sapphire’s home in the UK. Master of Botanicals Ivano Tonutti and Master Distiller Dr. Anne Brock spent time refining the all-natural flavor expression by avoiding the of use concentrates, additional sugars or additives to flavor the liquid.

Bombay Bramble is best served with equal parts soda and tonic for a lighter take on a G&T for summer, the company says.

The suggested retail price for Bombay Bramble is $22.99 per 750-ml. bottle. It is 43% ABV.
