1 ½ oz. Earl Grey tea-infused Georgian Bay gin
½ oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
1 oz. Lemon juice
¾ oz. Simple syrup
1 Egg white
In a shaker tin add egg white and shake vigorously without ice for 15-20 seconds. Add remainder of ingredients with ice and shake again for 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass with ice, zest a lemon peel over top and garnish with an elegant flower.
