½ oz. Passion fruit puree
1 oz. Fever Tree club soda
4 oz. Bisol prosecco
Fill up ¾ of a wine glass with ice cubes. Add all the ingredients and stir gently. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and rosemary sprig
