III Forks Launches Aromatic Cocktail Experience

08/13/2020

by: Melissa Dowling

Pour Over at III Forks steakhouse

Steakhouse brand III Forks has raised its cocktail game with The Pour Over, an infused aromatic experience featuring two craft cocktails. The Bee My Honey and Le Rendezvous beverages use a proprietary pour over device for an instant infusion. Servers pour the base cocktail over a glass funnel filled with fresh fruit, flowers and spices to absorb the flavors and colors of the aromatics.

For example, the Bee My Honey, made with The Botanist Gin, St. Elder elderflower liqueur, Monin honey syrup, pineapple juice and fresh lemon, is poured over lavender and pineapple for a flavor infusion. Le Rendezvous, which combines Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac, Licor 43, Monin agave nectar, pineapple juice, Angostura bitters, fresh lime and orange juices, is poured over fresh pineapple, orange peel and cinnamon for an enhanced flavor.

Part of Consolidated Restaurant Operations, III Forks has locations in Austin, Dallas, Chicago, Jacksonville and Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Pour Over cocktails, priced at $15 each, are a collaboration with Remy Cointreau and the Patrick Henry Creative Promotions agency.

The infused libations, which launched in July, were scheduled to be available at III Forks through Sept. 28. But the limited-time offering has been extended through the end of November.
