Cheers and Beverage Dynamics, part of The Beverage Information Group, are delighted to present the inaugural episode of the On & Off podcast. Hosted by Cheers editor Melissa Dowling and Beverage Dynamics editor Kyle Swartz, On & Off covers beverage alcohol industry trends, tips and news for both the on-premise and off-premise sectors.

In the first episode we discuss some of the new technology for retailers and restaurant operators that’s been taking off since the coronavirus pandemic hit the U.S. COVID-19 pretty much shut down on-premise service in mid March, while the off-premise was booming as consumers stocked up on alcohol. Both sectors have been learning a lot about online orders and delivery during this period.
