1 ½ oz. Gin
¾ oz. Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
¾ oz. Simple syrup
1 Bar spoon of Huckleberries
1 Egg white
1 oz. Club soda
Add club soda to a small rocks glass and set aside. Add remaining ingredients into a shaker and dry shake. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously to create a foam top with the egg white. Double strain over the club soda in the rocks glass.
