2 oz. Knappogue Castle 12 Year Old Irish whiskey
¾ oz. Lillet Rosé
½ oz. Aperol
2 Cucumber slices
Pinch kosher salt
Muddle lightly then add other ingredients. Stir and double strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with skewered cucumber ribbon with a drop of rose water.
