1 ½ oz. Makers Mark whiskey
½ oz. Amaro Nocino del Molise
¾ oz. Grapefruit juice
½ oz. Agave syrup
Bar spoon fresh avocado puree
Menabrea Amber lager
Chocolate bitters
Combine ingredients (except lager) and shake. Double strain into Collins glass and top with lager and bitters. Garnish with crumbled chocolate.
