¾ oz. Cherry Heering liqueur
1 ¾ oz. Strawberry and mint cordial
Dash Palo Cortado sherry
Dash Lemon juice
Mix the liquid ingredients in the shaker. Garnish with strawberry foam, a strawberry dipped in white chocolate and mint sprig.
