Flare Gun


1 ½ oz. Spiced rum
1 oz. Fresh pineapple
½ oz. Fresh lime
½ oz. Ginger syrup
½ oz. Orgeat
3 drops Tiki bitters

Combine ingredients and whip shake. Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lime and grapefruit peel, then top off with 2 dashes Angostura bitters.
