Moët & Chandon has announced the official cocktail of this year’s Golden Globes awards ceremony: the Moët Golden Hour. Created by a fashion designer LaQuan Smith, the Golden Hour with combines fresh pineapple juice and pink grapefruit-infused vodka, and is garnished with pineapple-smoked salt.
Moët & Chandon has been the official champagne of the Golden Globes for more than a quarter century, Moët & Chandon. The Golden Hour captures the colloquial “golden hour” atmosphere of ideal lighting and glamour, according to the company. Here’s the full recipe.
The Moët Golden Hour
1 ½ oz. Moet Imperial Brut Champagne
¼ oz. Belvedere pink grapefruit vodka
1 oz. Fresh pineapple juice
⅓ oz. Simple syrup
Combine and shake the vodka, pineapple juice and simple syrup in a shaker. Pour the mixture into a coupe and top with Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut. Garnish with a fresh pineapple chunk sprinkled with smoked salt.
