1 ½ oz. Avuá Cachaça Bálsamo
¾ oz. Pineapple juice
½ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Simple syrup
4 dashes Absinthe
Pinch of Maldon salt

Combine ingredients and shake. Pour into glass.
