Founders Hagop Giragossian, Quasim Riaz and Andre Vener opened the first Dog Haus in 2010. The brand began franchising in 2013 and now has 50 locations, with about 11 scheduled to open.

Wills, cofounder of consultancy The Spirits in Motion and regular expert on the reality TV series Bar Rescue, is no stranger to the restaurant brand. He was an original bartender for the first Dog Haus Biergarten in 2011. Wills’ friends and business partner in The Spirits in Motion, Tony Pereyre, also bartended at Dog Haus for several years.
