1 ¼ oz. Nolet’s silver gin
¾ oz. St. Germain liqueur
¾ oz. Jasmine tea syrup
¼ barspoon Matcha powder
¾ oz. Egg white
¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
 

Add all ingredients into shaker and give a good dry shake. Add ice and give another shake. Pour into glass and garnish with a firestix sprig.
